A Singaporean girl who graduated from a Medical College in the UK and currently working as a doctor, spending most of my years abroad burying myself amongst medical books, speaking Queen's English and trying to adapt to life in Britain. But I still remain a true blue Singaporean who loves my plate of char kway teow and enjoys the sense of closeness when speaking "Singlish" to my fellow countrymen. Why "The Chinese Doctor"? Because that's what my patients call me since they don't know my name!

Jet lag

I must be suffering from jet lag. Got up at 7am this morning and concussed at 8.30am.

Then came Mum knocking on the door and reminding me that I promised to go with her to Taka to change her blouse. So I dragged myself up and went down to town with her.

I was really in the mood to do stuffs like go out for bfast, meet up with friends, Jason, whoever, but no one is free on a Monday morning. Ok, I didn't make an effort to find out who was free this morning. I just assumed that no one was...hahaha. Lazy mahz.

Rot in the TV room a little, and hoping that there will some nice programmes, but it's just the morning news and stuffs. I am in such a sleepy mode, so news just makes me wanna slp more, hence, I decided to go to the living room and play the piano.

I didn't last long sitting there either. Banged on it for abt 15 mins and off I went..back to my bedroom and ZzZzZzZzZz....till half twelve! hahahahaha...piggy piggy..

The afternoon was spent eating at Crystal Jade (XIAO LONG BAO!!!!!!) and shopping with Mum. She's so excited about the clothes, while I was yawning away, and wasn't my usual excited self when it was shopping time (one of my favs...hahaha...esp when Mum's ard..everything's free *grinz*). I think she bought something..can't remember. Didn't notice either..hmm..let me think...oh yah..a few tops which I chose for her.

I was too tired to be active, or else I bet we'll have a great time together. My yawns must have been contagious cos soon, she started yawning as well. Dragged and wasted time till it was ard 6-ish that we decided to take a taxi back home.

Still feeling damn tired now, yawning non-stop while I blog. I miss the TV shows in sg, but I don't seem to be able to concentrate when I was watching the 7pm show. Jason called, so I spent some time talking to him instead.

Wonder what I should do to keep myself awake till sleeping time...geez..I better get over this jet lag soon...
