*Stretch*

Rise and shine to a sunday morning...I'm tired though.

Went for a wedding dinner last night at Merchant Court Hotel. It was the wedding dinner of my baby sitter's daughter. A family whom I spent many years with and formed a very close bond with since I was very young..hmm..around 2 or 3 I suppose..can't remember exactly how old I was.

The last I saw them was when my family and I paid them a visit at their place. But can't remember when that was now.

Anyway, it was great seeing them. And they were VERY VERY happy to see my bro and me. They were so shocked because Fred has grown so much since the last time he saw them. As for me, haha...the usuals.. "wah...yue da yue mei le.."...lol...*bhb* Hmm..wat did I wear..let me describe it here. I tied a half ponytail with a clip. Wore a simple plain black velvet long gown that has got this "V" cut at the back. Had simple make up on and my high heel sandals. Accessories were simple. Just diamond earrings, crystal hair clip and my much treasured 21st bday gift- my trilogy diamond necklace from dad n mum. I remember them telling me the 3 diamonds stand for the past, the present and the future. A very simple necklace, but it means a lot to me.

Ok, back to main topic..haha. This year's "gathering" had more new "members". Da gege remarried. His wife is a mauritian chinese. They're blessed with a very cute daughter who isn't shy with strangers. His wife's got good taste for getting him as a husband. Very outspoken, knowlegeable and intelligent high ranking army official. Er gege has got 2 daughters..both are SO SO PRETTY!!!! The elder one is super hyper and has got this pair of watery eyes, with long wavy black hair. Her younger sis looks like her. Definitely 2 potential chiobus. I wonder if her dad will make them marry some army officer one day..haha. San gege has put on weight..look so mature now..isn't the little lao gao I used to play a lot with. When he was younger, he and Fred seemed like best buddies cos they are both tooooo active. I'm sure his wedding will be next. He's got a steady gf already and have been together since uni days, so I'm sure I'll hear wedding bells soon. Hopefully, I'll be around to attend it.

Now for the bride and groom. It's my first time seeing the groom. Impression..very decent goody boy kind. The bride, of course is my beloved Qiuyu jiejie who taught me loads when I was young. She taught how to run, train stamina, make me luv sports, play the organ and draw. She's good at drawing and I won't remember the pretty girls she used to draw in her room instead of studying when she's actually supposed to do when Auntie Mama locked her up. She's so pretty now..so so so sweet looking. She really stole the limelight last night. Her hubby must be the envy of many guys last night. I think she will make a good wife..very understanding, gentle, pretty..a girl every guy will probably want to end up with..serious.

Dinner was 10 course one. Like every wedding, it was kicked off with a slide show showing their childhood to the present. Wasted..no me inside..haha.Then the bride and groom came in and walked to the stage. I actually cried when they did that. Dunno why manz, but I'm just so happy for her. Good thing no one saw my tears..hee.

I met many familiar faces and people who used to love me so much when I was under Auntie Mama's care. All of them were shocked to see me, and so were the old neighbours. It brought back many fond memories, and I just miss those days. By the way, forgot to mention that Auntie Mama looked the same manz! Never age. She look so glamorous last night. She wore a cheongsam (her figure not bad for a married woman manz..so slim) and got her hair permed...hard to describe..but I will give her 2 thumbs up. Perfect manz.

Ok..some little girl's fantasy now. Seeing the wedding..I also got this urge to get married..haha...shhh...*looks around*..but of course I'm too young now..haha
